Did you notice signifiers of LGBTQIA+ inclusiveness in the physical space? 

• Who was represented on placards, brochures, etc ? 
  • Was the language used in the waiting room LGBTQIA+ inclusive?

• Were all gender or gender inclusive restrooms available?
• Were there visible symbols, like the rainbow LGBTQIA+ flag or trans pride flag?
